Shipping Policy
Please note that we print all orders on-demand; there is typically a 5-10 day window in which the items you order are being printed and prepared for shipment.
Our products are produced in USA as well as Europe. Depending on your order you will receive your product produced locally for you.
In the event that you order a product that is not produced locally to you, the delivery time may be up to 4 weeks.
A customs duty fee may also be applied when you receive your order. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot reimburse you for this expense. We do however take all measures possible to try and ship your order from your respective region.
We are not responsible for any conversion rates charged by your credit card company, PayPal, or any other payment company.
We accept most exchanges and returns as long as the item is still in like-new condition and hasn’t been visibly worn. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns outside of 30 days of when your order was received. We do not accept returns for Gift Cards or Custom Orders.

Return & Exchange Policy
We accept most exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is still in like-new condition and hasn’t been visibly worn. Please note that return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Once you’ve shipped your return items, please confirm with us via email. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns outside of 30 days of when your order was received. Digital Products, Gift Cards, and Custom Orders are final sale.
To start a return, please contact us at email@elolathikes.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital products (such as phone wallpapers), perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), and Gift Cards. Items that were purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for returns, but exchanged may be accepted on a case by case basis. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the cost of shipping and the greater of a $5 or 10% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
